We maintain the philosophy that talents are the primary resource for our progress and we practice it in our endeavors to create a benign atmosphere that features emergence of talented employees vying for the best and to empower our business to rapidly flourish. We also follow the guideline “to attract talents with our influence and prestige, to edify employees with our corporate culture and to motivate them with our excellent mechanism”. We have started the so-called “5-3-1” training campaign that aims to yield 50 managerial staff, 300 senior seamen and 100 young talented employees. We also deliver training sessions for pacesetters in different sectors for overall advancement of technicians. We will foster and retain, throughout our existing business sectors, active and reserve experts who are both technically and managerially competent.
